Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project governance frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure effective project budgeting and change control.
  • Design and implement reporting structures to track project performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance on project management methodologies, including Agile and traditional approaches.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a PMO role, with a strong understanding of project management frameworks and best practices.
  • Proven track record of success in project governance, risk management, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
