Culinary Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team as a Line Cook. This role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure consistency and excellence in every plate.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to achieve kitchen goals.
