Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to lead our team in designing, planning, and implementing critical network infrastructure projects. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our network solutions align with business goals and exceed industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop robust network architectures that meet project requirements and business objectives.
  2. Demonstrate expert knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and infrastructure components.
  3. Evaluate and manage vendor relationships, negotiating scope of work and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing technical guidance, assigning tasks, and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting activities to validate network functionality, performance, and security.
  6. Custodian of the documentation of network design, planning and configurations to ensure technical sustainability.
  7. Work with network presales consultants to develop detailed and customized technical proposals for tech refresh, add-on, or variation orders.
  8. Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.

Requirements

  • CCNP certification is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in network design and implementation.
  • CISSP and CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure certification is considered a significant advantage, showcasing exceptional expertise in complex network environments.
  • Proven experience as a Network Architect or in a similar role, leading successful network projects from inception to completion.
  • Extensive knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and infrastructure components.
  • Solid experience in vendor management, scope of work negotiation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
