Global People Partner for Procurement Transformation

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR, able to drive strategic initiatives and lead organizational change.
">Reporting to the Head of APAC People Partnering, you will partner with the Global Procurement organization, providing guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
">Key responsibilities include:
- Setting direction for the People agenda in Global Procurement
- Facilitating organizational change processes to enable delivery of strategic direction
- Partnering with senior leaders to drive performance and team efficiency
- Co-creating and driving engagement agendas
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Masters or equivalent experience in business administration (not mandatory)
- HR qualification
- +10 years demonstrable experience as HR generalist in global, matrixed organizations
- Experience in working in a global matrix organization owning the E2E people agenda
- Proven experience partnering senior leaders
- Demonstrating strategic understanding and experience with organizational development, transformation of HR processes/change management, and Diversity & Inclusion
- Strong business understanding
- Working with data to advise proposals and influence decisions
