Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per annum

Job Description:

This role will support the business objectives of MULLENLOWE SINGAPORE PTE LTD through the management of all core HR operations processes and policies. The HR executive supports the Senior HR Executive to manage HR activities for all employees and is responsible for all general HR administration as well as talent acquisition as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the administration of all HR operations activities. Support in managing employees' entire lifecycle within the company from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee data.
  • Support in foreign employees' work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
  • Prepare various HR documents, including contracts, certificates, confirmation letters, etc.
  • Support and assist in monthly payroll process.
  • Assist in employees' tax submission, including foreigner tax clearance and annual tax submission to IRAS.
  • Administer government-related funds/claims submissions, e.g., MINDEF, Maternity compensation, etc.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics.
  • Support training and development projects for the agency.
  • Be part of the employees' engagement team and support in preparation and execution of related activities.
  • Coordinate the agency recruitment process in conjunction with the HR Director.
  • Support the implementation of various initiatives and projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in an agency/communications environment is a plus.

  • Relevant HR experience, including internships, is an advantage.
