Job Title: High Net Worth Client Service Associate
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a High Net Worth Client Service Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to high net worth clients, supporting Relationship Managers in achieving client retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Relationship Managers in daily maintenance of account relationships.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, initiating instructions and monitoring funds for payment.
- Initiate account openings, closures, and update instruction checklists.
- Track and follow up on outstanding documentation and client fee payments.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years experience in a banking or financial services role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of banking products and services.
- Good understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
