Senior Business Ethics Lead (APAC)

This role drives the success of our ethics program in alignment with our organization's values and objectives, focusing on forensic investigations. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Ethics Lead to oversee the implementation and management of our business ethics program in the APAC region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of training programs to promote ethical behavior and compliance
  • Conduct forensic investigations into potential violations of our Code of Business Ethics and other company policies
  • Provide guidance and support to regional management on ethical issues and compliance matters
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure consistency in the application of ethical standards
  • Foster a culture of integrity and ethical behavior within the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business ethics, compliance, or a related field
  • Native Mandarin speakers preferred
  • Strong business ethics principles and practices knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
