This role involves overseeing the machinery within our smart factory at Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center In Singapore Pte. Ltd., driving innovation through self-diagnostic maintenance solutions, and supporting system integration by designing and fabricating mechanical components for new equipment installations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily patrols, monthly semi-overhauls, annual overhauls, and scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Prepare work reports and deliver them to the next shift for timely review and action.
- Monitor plant conditions in real-time, reporting on production, downtime, and other key metrics as required by superiors.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as breakdowns, accidents, fires, etc.
- Create detailed breakdown reports, including root cause analysis and countermeasures to prevent future issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant machine maintenance experience in the automated manufacturing industry.
- Technical knowledge in engines and metal machining, with proficiency in condition monitoring systems.
- Experience in designing small machinery parts and setting up instrumentation equipment such as sensors, pneumatic cylinders, and vacuum pads.
