We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Food Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high standards of food preparation, customer service, and restaurant quality that our customers have come to expect.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting delicious meals, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our kitchen area. You will also be required to lead investigations and resolve complex customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. You should be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate flexibility, and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present high-quality meals that meet our customers' expectations.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

  • Cleanliness and Quality: Maintain the cleanliness and quality of our kitchen area, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.

  • Investigations and Complaint Resolution: Lead investigations and resolve complex customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.


Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and customers.

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or bar is preferred but not required.
