Job Description:

As a Food Laboratory Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining teaching resources in our food labs. This includes preparing practical lesson materials, conducting stocktakes, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and conduct regular stocktakes to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Prepare high-quality teaching resources, including lesson plans and practical exercises, to support student learning outcomes.
  • Perform daily kitchen routines during term time, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the food lab facilities.
Requirements:
  • Secondary 4 education or equivalent experience.
  • Able to read, write, and understand basic English.
  • At least one year of relevant experience working in food labs or F&B environments.
  • Basic First Aid knowledge and skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Dependable team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Active team player who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
