  • Stakeholder Networking:">

Identify and develop a network of new stakeholders within the commercial building industry, including Contractors, Developers, Architects, Technical Consultants, New Tenants and Project Management Consultants.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to establish connections and build relationships.

">Value Proposition Promotion:">

Clearly articulate and promote the company's value proposition to new commercial customers, demonstrating how products/services contribute to Sustainability Goals and align with their requirements.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to stakeholders.

">Market Research and Analysis:">

Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs within the commercial building segment.

Use insights to refine sales strategies and tailor offerings to maximize customer appeal.

">Sales Strategy Implementation:">

Execute targeted sales strategies to drive new customer acquisitions and expand market presence.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and campaigns that effectively communicate offerings.

">Incentive Program Development:">

Design and implement incentive programs aimed at motivating and rewarding new commercial customers for their loyalty and procurement.

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of incentive programs, making adjustments as needed to improve customer engagement and sales performance.

">Customer Relationship Management:">

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM systems.

Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert potential opportunities into sales.
