E-Commerce Logistics Algorithm Engineer

As an algorithm engineer graduate, you will be working on developing and implementing algorithms to enhance the user experience for e-commerce logistics.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Developing deep learning and operations research models for supply chain and logistics management.
- Predicting end-to-end estimated time of arrival (ETA) using big data and machine learning techniques.
- Building logistics network knowledge graphs and predicting spatio-temporal trajectories of express packages.
- Implementing NLP and LLM algorithms for address verification and suggestion.
- Participating in the development of merchant and merchandise related algorithm systems, including potential merchants mining, tiering, and outreach.
- Collaborating with e-commerce supply and product teams to achieve business growth goals.
- Predicting traffic/conversion performance of merchandises using machine learning methods and optimizing strategies for improvement.
Required Skills:
You must possess a strong foundation in computer science, mathematics, and statistics. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus. Additionally, familiarity with NLP and LLM algorithms is required.
