Your job as a Quantitative Analyst involves developing predictive models and creating mathematical algorithms to further develop and improve automated software systems.
This work entails a combination of technical and practical aspects to find the best solutions for our trading strategies. The traders are on top of what's going on in the market, and you support them on improving processes and strategies.
You will be working on projects that range from designing, testing, and implementing new strategies, to tweaking existing ones, performing data analysis to gain a better understanding of the market and our trading performance, or building various tools to streamline or automate certain processes.
Projects can take anywhere from a week to several months to complete, and it's essential to ensure we have the right result. You have the freedom to create your own ideas and approach projects independently, with minimal supervision.
- A Master's degree or PhD in Physics, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Econometrics, or equivalent with exceptional grades is required.
- You should be passionate about mathematical modeling and have experience with programming (Python or another language).
- You must be able to take ownership of your projects and work independently.
We offer:
- Excellent remuneration (including discretionary bonus)
- A fun and inspiring work environment
- Experienced and knowledgeable colleagues
- 20 vacation days
Additional benefits include regular team-building activities, such as going out for dinner, Friday afternoon drinks, yearly office trips, and a monthly meal allowance.
