Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Part-time Clinical Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in addressing issues that arise in patient care and vendor liaison. You will also assist in the daily administrative operations of our clinic.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists. You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational skills to ensure quality services are provided. Knowledge of procuring supplies and equipment is highly desirable. Proficiency in billing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors is also essential.

Responsibilities include:
• Receiving and scheduling patient appointments
• Answering queries about the clinic
• Maintaining patient data records
• Providing clear guidance on basic clinical procedures
• Assisting in patient health insurance claims process
• Managing internal and external communications
• Arranging hospital admission, laboratory, and imaging services when required
• Assisting in the mediation process between patients and healthcare providers
• Managing the clinic's inventory count and ordering stock and supplies when low

Requirements include:
• Minimum 'O' Levels or equivalent
• Relevant experience in clinic / healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent organizational skills to ensure quality services are provided
• Computer literate/savvy
• Ability to work on weekends
