Backend Software Engineer

This role involves developing scalable APIs and microservices for various platforms, ensuring secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, managing data persistence with SQL/NoSQL databases, optimizing backend performance and reliability, collaborating with frontend and DevOps engineers, implementing logging, monitoring, and error-handling frameworks, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards, maintaining technical documentation and API specs, automating repetitive backend processes, and supporting debugging and root cause analysis.

  • Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Manage data persistence using SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Optimize backend performance and reliability.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent understanding of scalable systems.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
  • Experience in microservices and cloud-based backend systems.
