The Centre for Lifelong Learning and Individualised Cognition (CLIC) is a collaborative research initiative between the University of Cambridge and Nanyang Technological University (NTU) that focuses on developing neuroscience-based interventions for lifelong flexible learning.
Key Objectives:- To develop a neuroscience-based model of flexible learning that incorporates important social contextual factors.
- To inform the design of practical, real-life interventions for use in schools and the workplace.
- To ensure individuals are prepared for future career success and have good quality of life and wellbeing.
- Support research activities focusing on cognitive flexibility and learning.
- Conduct adult cognitive testing.
- Collect and organize datasets.
- Prepare conference presentations and journal papers.
- Perform other administrative duties.
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Neuropsychology, Cognitive Neuroscience, or a related field.
- Experience in psychometrics and scale development/validation.
- Familiarity with ethical and administrative procedures such as IRB development.
- Prior experience in conducting adult cognitive testing.
- Prior experience with participant recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with data management protocols and ethical regulatory frameworks in Singapore.
