We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Specialist to augment our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in financial markets and cloud-native infrastructure.

  • Design and build scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
  • Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for high availability and performance.
  • Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or similar tools.
  • Develop and support CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software lifecycle.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using scripting and coding.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in financial environments.
  • Implement and manage observability frameworks using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, Lambda, etc.).
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes administration.
  • Hands-on experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
  • Proficiency in Docker, Helm, and container orchestration.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
  • Experience implementing OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing and metrics collection.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in financial markets, capital markets, or fintech environments.
  • Understanding of operational and regulatory requirements in financial systems.
  • Experience with security best practices in cloud and containerized environments.
