Job Title: Quantitative Strategist

">Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Strategist to join our team. This role will involve conducting quantitative research and analysis on equities, using quantitative methods and AI/ML techniques for capital allocation, portfolio construction, optimization, risk management, and hedging solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in quantitative capital allocations, portfolio construction and risk analysis, with proficiency in R or Python and SQL. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand, influence, and obtain buy-in from stakeholders effectively, is also essential.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or Economics
  • 3-10 years of relevant experience in quantitative research and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
