Job Description

P-Serv Pte Ltd is partnering with a leading Statutory body to find talented professionals for our team.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an individual to thoroughly verify claim documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • The selected candidate will substantiate final grant amounts with supporting documentation.
  • A high level of attention to detail is crucial in validating qualifying expenses against approved applications.
  • This role involves conducting additional checks through online search portals to verify deployment locations and the nature of the claimant's business when necessary.
  • Liaising with grant recipients and relevant officers to address queries or obtain missing documents is also part of this position.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing inquiries from grant recipients or officers regarding payment processes or status.
  • Claim processing must be completed within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeline.
  • Following up on the status of claims progress when requested is another key responsibility.
Requirements
  • A minimum Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in claim/grant processing or a similar role within the insurance or financial industry is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to assess and validate claims accurately.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines is crucial.
  • Attention to detail is vital to ensure precision in documentation and data entry.
Working Conditions
  • This role is based in Central and requires working Mondays – Fridays, 8.30am – 6pm with a 1hr lunch break.
About the Job

Salary: SGD 35,000 - SGD 50,000 per annum.
