This challenging role requires proficiency in studying and familiarising with development organisation, site conditions, contract terms, and specifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely submissions, monitoring project progress, and maintaining proper site records.
Key Responsibilities:- Study and familiarise with the entire development's organisation, site conditions, contract terms, and specifications.
- Carry out site supervision and inspection of all works done, including records of test inspections, status of work, and updates.
- Ensure timely submissions and check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings).
- Monitor project progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities.
- Provide standing supervision as directed by the consultant team.
- Maintain proper site records and updated daily reports, safety protocols, site diary, materials, and equipment onsite.
- Check that the contractor executes preliminary items.
- Verify reports and monitor the progress of work on site.
- Attend site progress meetings, technical meetings, and consultants' meetings.
- Inspect completed works to ensure they are carried out in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Possess a recognised Diploma/Nitec in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering/ Building.
- Preferably Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as RTO on local projects, preferably with Residential projects.
