  • Serve as a point of escalation for IAM incidents and issues, providing timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for IAM architecture, configurations, and procedures, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Conduct regular access reviews and support internal/external audits, ensuring regulatory compliance and organizational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with 3+ years in a leadership or team lead role within IAM.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including SSO, MFA, RBAC, identity federation, and PAM.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM tools (SailPoint, Azure AD, etc.) and familiarity with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and APIs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
