Sputter Equipment Maintenance Professional

About the Role:

  • Install, upgrade, and maintain sputter systems with expertise in high-vacuum CVD/PVD systems.
  • Project manage assigned projects within stipulated schedules to ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Troubleshoot and rework both mechanical and electrical issues with a focus on reliability enhancements.
  • Participate in technical meetings and discussions to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Generate daily reports on updates, issues, and Closed Loop Corrective Action to inform stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvements and reliability enhancements to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant fields with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience installing and maintaining high-vacuum CVD/PVD systems in cleanroom environments is essential.
  • Excellent troubleshooting capabilities are required to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Familiarity with Thin Film / PVD / CVD / Etch / Ion Beam / Ion Implantation / Ultra-High Vacuum tools is an added advantage.
