We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tea Barista to join our team at SOFNADE CATERING PTE. LTD.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for tea and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and efficiently handle their orders
  • Prepare high-quality tea-based beverages according to our recipes and customer preferences
  • Assist customers in recommendations and choices of tea-based beverages if required
  • Inform customers of any dietary restrictions and allergens, if any
  • Process orders accurately and handle payments
  • Follow standard operational procedures and policies
  • Maintain daily hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Handle incoming tea deliveries, inventory, and report any quality issues
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Handle customer feedback and inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements:

  • 5 days work week (between Monday and Sunday), daily 4 hours per shift
  • Work location: Town area
  • OT paid for hours after standard working hours
  • Friendly and bubbly personality
  • Preferably have a minimum 1 year experience in F&B with good knowledge of making bubble and fusion teas
  • WSQ Basic Hygiene Certification required
