Job Title: Childcare Centre Principal L2 / DPL Certified | Islandwide Locations

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified individual to lead our childcare centre as the Principal. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teaching staff, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the centre, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of teachers to deliver high-quality childcare services.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of centre operations, including curriculum development and staff training.
  • Ensure effective communication with parents and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and appraise teachers in their performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Diploma in Preschool Education-Leadership (DPL).
