LIT Strategy PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Associate Project Director to lead and manage delivery of assigned projects. As a key member of our team, you will support engagement teams to develop business strategies and business plans for existing/new businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage delivery of assigned projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Collaborate with engagement teams to develop business strategies and business plans, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Liaise with clients (up to C-Suite) to understand their needs and provide recommendations for business improvement.
- Present results to clients' management teams and implement recommendations in collaboration with client teams.
- Perform data analysis, formulate hypotheses, and develop financial models to quantify the feasibility of recommendations.
- Prepare proposals for prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
Requirements:
- Graduate from Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related majors.
- 3-5 years of experience in Consulting within Singapore or the ASEAN region.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in spoken and written English; proficiency in one or more ASEAN languages is an advantage.
