Strategic Sourcing Manager for Retail Categories

Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill this challenging role.

This position will be based in Singapore and report directly to the Head of Indirect Procurement for South Asia Pacific, Middle East & North Africa.

  • Sourcing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive indirect sourcing strategies and roadmaps in alignment with global sourcing guidelines and regional business needs.
  • Category Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge of POS CAPEX, POSM Materials, Print, and Promotional items.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of procurement/sourcing/category management experience, with a focus on indirect sourcing for retail, POS, print, or promotional categories.
  • Proven experience in supplier relationship management, risk management, and sustainability integration.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage robust portfolios of regional suppliers.
  • Initiate and drive strategic regional sourcing projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, ethical guidelines, and mandatory global supplier implementations across all countries.
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related area.
  • Minimum 8 years of procurement/sourcing/category management experience, with significant focus on indirect sourcing for retail, POS, print, or promotional categories.
  • Experience working across multiple countries or within a regional context is highly desirable.
