Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Reflexologist to join our team. As a Reflexologist, you will be responsible for providing expert foot reflexology services to our clients.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Explaining our services to clients and promoting our business.
  • Applying pressure with your thumbs and fingers to clients' feet, using your knowledge of reflexology techniques to relieve tension and stress.
  • Communicating with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing work areas to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Keeping accurate service records and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Enquiring about guests' medical conditions and allergies before providing services and upholding hygiene standards and following health and safety regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working as a Reflexologist, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to clients.
  • Patience and respect when interacting with clients, particularly those who may be experiencing discomfort or pain.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
