About the Job

This position is based in the Bottega Veneta Singapore office, reporting directly to the Architectural Manager - SEAO.

Main Duties


• Assist the Architectural Manager in overseeing store projects across the region.


• Manage and execute new store openings, renovations, intermediate upgrades, pop-up, closing, and maintenance projects.


• Lead all aspects of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring design integrity and specifications align with the Brand's standards.


• Work closely with HQ Design teams, country leaders, and functional parties on store design, project planning, project finance, and time management.


• Lead consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent and corporate standards are met; resolve design issues and delivery through efficient construction details and methodologies.


• Monitor projects within approved budgets and timelines; anticipate and react to conditions that may impact.


• Review and analyze costs to identify cost-saving opportunities without impacting delivery.


• Prepare reports and formal documentations corresponding to all stages of projects.


• Manage store maintenance and rectifications.

Requirements


• Degree holder or equivalent in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related fields.


• Minimum 2 years of solid working experience in managing store projects.


• Well-organized and able to work independently.


• Good team player with mature working attitude; ability to prioritize multi-tasks and work under pressure.


• Strong interpersonal and management skills with keen awareness of current market development and updates.


• Good command in written and fluent spoken English.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketch UP.


• Willing to travel overseas as necessary.
