Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Professional to join our kitchen team as a Commis Chef.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a culinary background with relevant experience, possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate, and be a strong team player with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Assist in cutting, cooking, and maintaining food presentation quality
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to food safety standards
  • Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
