Technical Specialist: Flight Control Actuations

This critical role reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for ensuring that final products are safe and meet customer expectations.

  • Conduct thorough testing, repair, and troubleshooting tasks on Flight Control Actuations.
  • Monitor and control shop processes to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement safety management strategies and human factors considerations to minimize risks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and input data to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Experienced technical specialists will undergo extensive training and qualification programs. A diploma or NITEC in Aerospace/Aviation science or engineering disciplines is required. Aviation background and experience are preferred, with regulatory knowledge a plus.
