Job Title: Career Advancement Professional

We are seeking a driven and result-oriented individual to fill the role of Career Advancement Professional. In this position, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic lead generation and effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely monitor and follow up on leads and inquiries from household employers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Source and match candidates with domestic workers and caregivers who meet our clients' needs, streamlining the hiring process.
  • Close sales by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring order fulfillment is met.
  • Provide proactive support to customers throughout their journey, from pre-sales to post-sales.
  • Effectively manage customer relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Pursue active involvement in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events to demonstrate our commitment to social causes.

Requirements:

  • The ability to continuously learn and improve skills and knowledge to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling sincere and empathetic interactions with stakeholders, including clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Open-mindedness and sensitivity towards individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • A passion for working with people and building strong relationships.
  • High personal integrity and ethics.
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous for handling candidates from various nationalities.
  • Possession of CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediary) is beneficial.
  • Training will be provided for those without prior experience in the industry.
