Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of our AI-driven product services, focusing on product selection, recommendation systems, computational advertising, and risk control.
  • Develop a deep understanding of recommendation systems, advertising strategies, and risk control, providing tailored solutions for current business scenarios and optimizing rules, strategies, and models to enhance user experience and business metrics.
  • Develop and advance our B-side and C-side user profile system for personalized recommendations, advertising, precision marketing, and other scenarios to boost core business metrics.

What We're Looking For:

  • Candidates should have a background in computer science, data mining, machine learning, or related fields, with a strong foundation in algorithms and programming skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in recommendation, advertising, and image processing, along with at least 2 years of team management experience.
  • Familiarity with common machine learning algorithms, data mining, computational advertising, search ranking, and proficiency in machine learning models such as xgboost, FM, deep learning, LR, neural networks, etc.
  • Experience in large-scale personalized recommendation, search, computational advertising, imaging, and risk control is preferred; experience in building deep learning-based recommendation systems is a plus.
  • Excellent research skills, preferably with high-quality publications in top conferences in the NLP/recommendation/search field.
  • Strong logical thinking skills, data insights, communication, and presentation abilities.

Salary Range: The estimated salary for this position is between $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
