We are seeking an experienced music composer to create an original score for a feature-length independent film.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of composing music for film and television, with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility in scoring across different genres and moods.
- Compose and produce an original score tailored to the film's themes and narrative structure.
- Provide multiple variations and motifs that align with key scenes and emotional beats.
- Deliver high-quality audio files suitable for professional film production standards.
- Collaborate with the director to refine the score based on feedback and creative direction.
- Proven experience in composing music for film, television, or multimedia projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing versatility in scoring across different genres and moods.
- Proficiency in digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Logic Pro, Cubase, or Pro Tools.
- Ability to create orchestral, electronic, or hybrid scores depending on project needs.
- Understanding of synchronization and timing to picture.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working closely with directors remotely.
- Availability to complete the project within the required timeframe.
