Highly Skilled Machine Learning Engineer Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to develop efficient, data-driven artificial intelligence systems that enhance our predictive automation capabilities.

As a Machine Learning Engineer at our organization, you will leverage your expertise in statistics and programming to effectively evaluate, analyze, and structure large volumes of data.

You will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing machine-learning models and algorithms, working closely with our product, data science, and engineering teams to create and maintain models that align with our vision.

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying machine learning models for various applications
• Collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate datadriven features
• Enhancing the performance of existing machine learning models
• Implementing and managing scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure
• Analyzing and preprocessing extensive datasets to extract valuable insights and features
• Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and related technologies
• Conducting model training, validation, and performance assessments to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Creating and updating documentation related to machine learning models, algorithms, and processes
• Developing A/B testing frameworks and overseeing model deployment in production environments

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in computer science, data science, or a related field, as well as significant experience in AI and machine learning. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar is required, along with familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Generative AI
• Demonstrated experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar position
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Expertise in data preprocessing, data wrangling, and data visualization
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases, API integration, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical methods
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines

• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and its applications
• Experience with MLOps tools and best practices for scalable model deployment and monitoring
• Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations
• Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies
• Exposure to reinforcement learning, generative models, or unsupervised learning techniques
