We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Carrier Voice division. This exciting role offers the opportunity to drive strategic growth, foster innovation, and shape the future of our global connectivity offerings.

As Director for Carrier Voice, you will be responsible for managing Singtel's Net outpayment vs market, ensuring cost competitiveness in support of the Consumer and Enterprise Groups competition. You will also incentivize overseas partners to use both Singtel / Optus as a transit hub in transiting their voice traffic to the rest of the world.

Key responsibilities include developing regional SIP/UC services, negotiating partnerships with local/global carriers, assessing demand on country coverage, regional POP set up, business case development, product construct and end-to-end process development. You will also design and implement processes for automation and cost optimization, ensuring improved product profitability.

You will work closely with International Switch to ensure that commercial voice deals are evaluated based on cost competitiveness and quality vis-a-vis market. Additionally, you will ensure that IDD traffic is routed based on agreed-upon voice quality benchmarks.
