  • Assist the supervisor in team deployment and task allocation for service tasks.
  • Oversee daily client interactions to meet expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the supervisor in ensuring timely troubleshooting and completion of service tasks for security systems at client sites.
  • Understand and meet each client's business, organizational, and objective-related needs.
  • Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act in all work activities.
Requirements:
  • NITEC/Diploma or higher in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in multinational settings, with a focus on security.
  • Additional advantage with expertise in security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems.
  • Fundamental IT knowledge in hardware, network, and database.
