Our organization is driving a transformation in manufacturing, leveraging digital infrastructure to create agile facilities.

This initiative requires an experienced leader who can spearhead the deployment of site-level digital initiatives.

The Digital Infrastructure Deployment Lead will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of site-wide digital infrastructure deployments, including network systems, server installations, and connectivity.

Additionally, this role involves overseeing the integration of industrial equipment into the plant's digital network and IT/OT infrastructure.

This position also entails leading the deployment and migration of telephony systems in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing effective project governance and risk management processes.
  • Maintaining project documentation and dashboards to ensure visibility across teams.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, escalating critical issues with actionable recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants should possess proven experience in managing digital infrastructure deployments in industrial environments. Experience in integrating industrial/manufacturing equipment with digital networks is essential.

Candidates should have experience managing telephony projects, including VoIP systems and unified communication tools.

Project Management Certification: PMP, Agile, or equivalent is required.

Familiarity with MES, SAP, or other enterprise application deployment in a regulated environment is desirable.

Industry experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing with understanding of GxP compliance and validation is highly valued.

Excellent communication skills – ability to prepare business cases and deliver executive presentations – are mandatory for this role.
