Technical Leadership and Governance Expert

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in providing technical leadership and governance to projects.

  • \
  • Govern architecture change requests and assess the category of the request (Simplify, Increment, Re-Architect), creating a governance log for the project team to review across the enterprise.\
  • Expertise in software designing and architecting, including defining functionality and assessing best languages to build for custom solutions.\
  • Experience in handling public cloud architecture such as GCP or Azure or AWS.\
  • Understand concepts of cybersecurity and able to implement security solutions in applications, networks, and operating systems.\\- li>Provide technical leadership and governance to the project. \
  • Define the technical resource pool and assign roles and responsibilities.\
  • Assess knowledge and expertise of technical resources.\
  • Govern architecture change requests.\
  • Expertise in software designing and architecting.\\- ul>\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Minimum 10 years experience in voice and contact center technologies.\
  • Expert in Avaya Aura Components such as Communication Manager, Application Enablement Services, System Manager, Session Manager, Messaging, SAL, AADS, and Integration with Aura/Third-party Components.\
  • Expert in networking such as subnetting, data switch concepts, VLAN, etc.\
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.\\- ul>\
