About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to join our team as a Nurse Supervisor. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, care attendants, physiotherapy aides, and rehabilitation staff, to deliver coordinated patient care and achieve exceptional outcomes. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Developing and implementing nursing care plans that meet individual patient needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a nurse management or clinician role.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
