Job Title: Audio Visual IT Engineer

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with manufacturers and engineers to design, implement, and support advanced audio-visual solutions that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated AV solutions for various venues.
  • Work closely with end-users to provide AV/IT support, including on-site day-to-day support.
  • Configure, test, and commission complex AV systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Conduct user training sessions to educate clients on the optimal use of implemented solutions.
  • Provide exceptional end-user support, addressing technical and functional queries.
  • Partner with in-house AV designers and engineers to deliver comprehensive, fully integrated solutions for meeting rooms, lecture halls, experience centers, and more.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in IT, Engineering, or Audio Visual field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the AV industry, with a strong understanding of AV technologies and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
