Senior Vice President, APAC Payments Product Management Role

This is a pivotal role in the APAC Payments Business Management team where you will partner with the APAC Payments Rails Product organization to execute business strategy and perform financial analysis. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our regional and global business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product organizations to develop and implement comprehensive business strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare strategy decks, business reviews, and senior-level presentations.
  • Develop revenue and profitability drivers, contributing to the development of narratives and KPIs/KRIs around performance and business drivers.
  • Prepare monthly performance reporting, forecasting processes, pipeline management, including expense and headcount trending and analysis.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of regional governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with country and global product partners to support key business initiatives and projects.
  • Actively contribute to the APAC and global finance and business management agenda (priorities, projects, events).
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to inform decision-making aimed at optimizing business performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business management, strategy, product, or business finance roles.
  • Ability to leverage business intelligence tools and data visualization to drive insights.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; flexibility, ability to prioritize requests and multitask.
  • Excellent analytical and numeric skills with attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and effective under pressure.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills; team player.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to identify issues, communicate, and implement solutions.
