The Site Lead will be responsible for overseeing the project site and ensuring all construction matters are properly managed.

  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities by monitoring project progress
  • Plan, implement and monitor work schedules according to master and detailed work programmes
  • Assist in planning and sequencing construction operations according to Project Quality Plan
  • Liaise with clients' representatives and sub-contractors
  • Conduct inspections and check on works performed by subcontractors
  • Assist in evaluating and resolving any discrepancies and problems arising during construction
  • Control documents and ensure only updated drawings are used for construction
  • Coordinate handing over of completed works to clients and necessary rectification works
  • Participate in structural and/or civil works assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-4 years relevant working experience in main contractor
  • Experience in Micropile, Structural Steel work and RC Works
