We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Luxury Retail Associate to join our team at AlwaysHired Pte Ltd. As a Luxury Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting luxury products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, and be able to work on rotation basis.
  • Promote luxury products to customers and manage customer relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Create and maintain customers' networks and attend corporate and customers' events and activities.
  • Participate in ensuring that the boutiques achieve its target, housekeeping and customer service standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum N/O level and above or with relevant retail experience is preferred.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior appointment and will be expected to perform with minimal supervision.
  • Pleasant personality, energetic, mature with high regards for customers service standards.
  • Independent, self-driven and sales oriented with passion in retail industry.
