Job Overview
As a seasoned Senior Construction Supervisor with F R R Consultants PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish. Your expertise in construction management, coupled with your ability to lead and motivate a team, will drive project success and ensure customer satisfaction.

About You
We are seeking an exceptional candidate with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on construction experience, preferably in residential remodels, and a proven track record of supervising employees and conducting performance reviews. As a direct supervisor, you will have a strong understanding of construction processes and be skilled in Buildertrend, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. A valid driver's license and good driving record are also essential requirements.

The Role
In this critical role, you will:
• Set up jobs ready for construction, including material lists, price negotiations, and work orders
• Meet with sub-contractors to review specifications and job conditions
• Coordinate pre-construction conferences with salespeople and customers to discuss project details and potential issues
• Ensure effective communication between customers and sub-contractors
• Estimate, write up, and sign change orders with customers and sub-contractors
• Maintain a workforce of sub-contractors to meet company needs
• Oversee company vehicles, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good operating condition
• Implement incentive programs to maximize lead carpenter performance
• Approve payment requests for sub-contractors
• Collaborate with sub-contractors to obtain building permits and conduct inspections
• Develop relationships with sub-contractors, negotiate unit costs, and maintain knowledge of residential and commercial construction processes

Salary and Benefits
