Job OpportunitySalary:$45,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
Responsibilities- Coordinate training programs for staff, ensuring timely execution and effective communication with participants
- Maintain accurate records of staff training, certification status, and performance metrics
- Produce regular reports highlighting training outcomes, trends, and areas for improvement
- Support other business functions as required, applying administrative skills and knowledge
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- No prior experience necessary; willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines
- Able to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement
