Product Growth Strategist

To thrive in this role, you will need to manage and expand a suite of Cyber Security products, technical services, and other related offerings to boost market share and profitability through continuous product enhancements, operational improvements, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Analyse market conditions and provide critical insights for short- and long-term business planning. Create and maintain robust business cases for pricing strategies and non-standard terms and conditions. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure effective product delivery mechanisms are maintained.

Support sales teams by providing competitive pricing and tailored solutions. Analyse potential partner relationships for the product. Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting thorough market research supported by regular customer visits and feedback.

Key Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in IT-related fields or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership, team building, and logical thinking skills are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
  • Independence and motivation are necessary for success in this role.
