Key Responsibilities:

- RESPOND TO CLIENT INQUIRIES promptly via email and chat platforms.
- MONITOR AND REVIEW patient medical claims status on a daily basis to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Evaluate clients' financial needs and develop tailored protection plans to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to design risk management strategies aligned with their unique risk profiles.
