  2. Investigating and resolving customers' remittances queries.
  3. Working closely with business/service units, agent/correspondent banks to resolve remittance queries.
  4. Processing failed remittances in accordance to procedures without compromising quality during the process.
  5. Providing timely reporting and escalation of risk events/incidents, control issues, suspicious transactions and presidential complaints for appropriate action.

Requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and accuracy.
