**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent drafting skills, and proficiency in various design software.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tender, design, and construction drawings, coordinating architectural drawings and works, and ensuring compliance with authorities' codes and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of tender, design, and construction drawings
  2. Coordinate architectural drawings and works
  3. Coordination works with Architect, consultants, and relevant authorities to ensure works and submissions are compliant with authorities' codes and regulations
  4. Submission of drawings to the authorities for approvals

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD is a must
  • Understand Singapore BIM standards and guides
  • Familiar with Singapore standards and e-submission (CORENET)
