As a Digital Solutions Programme Lead, you will play a key role in driving high-impact, tech-enabled programmes that transform how we deliver value to our customers. You will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and technical delivery, analysing business needs, proposing viable solutions, and leading the planning, execution, and delivery of digital initiatives.

This role involves addressing organisational and commercial priorities by developing proposals that meet these needs through research, insights, basic commercial planning, and clear articulation of proposed approaches and strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining programme roadmaps, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements with defined scopes, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Leading end-to-end delivery of digital solutions, from business case to launch, working across functional teams to ensure timely, successful implementation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, third-party vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective communication, and timely delivery.
  • Conducting market and competitor research to identify opportunities, threats, and strategic responses; assessing strengths and weaknesses of key competitors.
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle; making data-driven decisions to maximise success rates.

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience as a Programme or Project Manager in a digital, tech, or product-related field.

The successful candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, and precise analytical abilities. They will also have a high sense of accountability and ownership from concept to delivery, as well as experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
